Internal Concurrent Manager status could not be determined






Restarted Concurrent Managers and Bounced the apps Tier services still same issue persisting
Check the log file of concurrent managers
$ ls –ltrh

Go through the aferror.log file


Now we have found the error. We have to check the tablespace status by connecting to ora user



Add a data file to the tablespace


Now we can see Space is available for the tablespace
